    At what times are the check-ins and check outs ?

    Check-in (arrival in the apartment) is possible between 17:00 and 20:00 and check-out (departure from the apartment) must be made no later than 11:00. Early and late check-in, and late check-out are possible for 20 euros per time slot. Please contact us to check the feasibility.

    Is there a parking space with the apartment ?

    No, there is no parking space with the apartment. However, you can easily find a free parking space : there are plenty of free parking spaces in the surrounding streets, and there is a public car park with 270 free parking spaces located 2 minutes from the apartment.

    Are bath towels provided in the apartment ?

    Yes, bath towels and bath mat are systematically provided.

    Are the sheets provided ?

    Yes, all bed linen, as well as duvets and cushions are systematically provided.

    What does my "Welcome Guide" contain and when will it be available to me?

    Your “Welcome Guide” will allow you to make the most of your stay in Draguignan, whatever free time you have available.
    It contains :

    Am I entitled to a reduction if I stay several nights ?

    Yes, many discounts are available for stays of 3 nights or more. Prices shown reflect the reduction.

    Am I entitled to a reduction if I pay my stay well before my arrival ?

    Yes, a reduction is offered for early bookings. This requires buying your nights at least 1 month before the start of your stay. Contact us to benefit from the reduction !

    Do I have to make a deposit on the day of booking ?

    Whatever the duration of your stay, the total amount of your stay will be debited on the day of booking.

    Will I be reimbursed if I cancel my rental ?

    In case of cancellation, a refund is possible if the cancellation occurs more than 14 days before arrival in the apartment. In this case, 10 euros, corresponding to the “Welcome guide”, will not be reimbursed.
    However, no refund will be possible if the cancellation is made 14 days or less before your arrival in the apartment.

    Are the cleaning costs included in the price of the stay ?

    No. In order to ensure that the apartment is clean for each client, a cleaning fee of 20 euros per stay is charged for all reservations, in addition to the total price of your stay.

    Is there a service charge ?

    No, there is no service charge for renting the accommodation.

    Why is there a tourist tax ?

    The tourist tax is transferred to the municipality. It’s due per person per night. It’s around 1,5 euros per person per night.

    Is the deposit taken from my bank account ?

    Like any deposit, it is not taken.
    This is a pre-authorization which will take place 1 day before your arrival.
    All or part of this deposit is only cashed if damage is noted at the end of the stay.

    Is there a rental contract ?

    Yes, it will be sent to you 2 days before your arrival. You will have to return it signed electronically.

    Will I receive an invoice of the stay ?

    Yes, we will forward to you an invoice by email at the end of your stay.

    Are animals allowed ?

    We love animals very much but they are unfortunately prohibited in the apartment for reasons of hygiene and the maintenance of good neighborly relations.

    Is it possible to smoke in the apartments ?

    Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment.
